Mascarpone Chocolate Mousse.

2 Tbsp Sugar-free cocoa powder

1 1/2 Tbsp Swerve (Erythritol)

1 Tsp Sugar-free Vanilla extract

1/2 Cup Heavy whipping cream


Let the mascarpone cheese get to room temperature to make it easier to mix. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Combine with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. You can add more heavy whipping cream if you would like a fluffier mousse. Approximately 2 net carbs per serving. Serves 4.

I hope you enjoy this delicious Chocolate Mousse dessert as much as I do. Swerve is my personal favorite but can use Stevia if you prefer it. The recipe serves four and takes only minutes to make. You can use different sugar-free extracts besides Vanilla, like Coffee or Coconut to change up the flavor. Enjoy !
