Bad Byron’s Butt Rub is Keto friendly
The catchphrase for Bad Byron’s Butt Rub is “A little Butt Rub makes everything better”. And after trying it, I couldn’t agree more. I first discovered it on a shopping trip to Costco.
I am always on the lookout for new keto friendly ingredients. This barbeque seasoning mix contains no sugar or MSG, and it’s made in the USA. All that and it’s reasonably priced.
The first time I used it, I, of course, used it on bbq ribs. I am a big fan of dry rubs but after starting Keto, I had a hard time finding a bbq seasoning that was both delicious and sugar-free. I am happy to tell you that Bad Byron’s Butt Rub did not disappoint.
It just goes to show that you don’t need sugar to get great bbq flavor. I have used it on every kind of meat and seafood you can think of and vegetables too. My Rib Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and dry ribs. Remove the membrane from the backside of the ribs. Season the front and the back with Bad Byron’s Butt Rub and gently massage into the meat. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and then place meat side down on a cookie sheet that has a raised edge. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours, take off the foil and bake uncovered for an addition 30 minutes. Remove the ribs from oven and let rest for 5-7 minutes. Cut and enjoy!
