My 90 Day Workout Journey
Today I am starting a 90 day workout journey of going to the gym every day to see what kind of results I can get. I will be weightlifting together with cardio, yoga, and calisthenics. I’m going to go out of my comfort zone and really push myself like never before.
I will exercise every day without fail for at least 45 minutes. It doesn’t matter what time of day I exercise as long as I do it once every day. I am free to choose whatever exercise I want but I must do at least three different types of exercise a week.
I will eat a mostly carnivore diet but I will allow myself avocado and green chile at least once a week. I will also incorporate OMAD (one meal a day) and IF (intermittent fasting). I will use grass-fed butter, bacon grease, and Tin Star Brown Butter to cook with.
I will drink water, sparkling water, coffee, matcha green tea, and add apple cider vinegar as I see fit. No alcohol and no heavy cream or sweeteners of any kind in my coffee or tea.
I will keep a daily log of my exercise, food, and beverage intake, amount of sleep and feelings about the day.
I’ll try to maintain a regular bedtime even on weekends and get a least 8 hours of sleep every night.
I will post a weekly update at the beginning of every week. Sharing all I have logged for the week and all successes and failures I encountered in the week prior. Plus updates in strength, stamina, weight loss and general impressions of my week overall. Please feel free to join me on this journey or just come along for the ride.
